All Sales Final

All sales are considered final at Tomgrrrl Toys, LLC. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions

We make the following exceptions to our "All Sales Final" policy:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is defective or damaged upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange for a replacement. Please include photos or videos describing the issue.
  • Incorrect Items: If you received an item that is different from what you ordered, please notify us as soon as possible so we can arrange for a correction.
